Meeting Room Rental

To inquire about renting a meeting room, please contact Mr. Josiah Tabor at

Meeting rooms can be accessed directly from the Forum and Hall 3. To be certain, please verify the exact location with Mr. Josiah Tabor.

Onsite, there will be two meeting room information counters supported by hosts/hostesses who will assist you with any questions related to your meeting rooms.

  • One counter located on level 3.Via
  • One counter located on level 3.C

The counters will be manned during the official meeting room hours (see below).

Meeting Room Set-Up

If you have booked a meeting room, please reach out to Mr. Josiah Tabor to determine the ideal room set-up for your needs. The submission deadline for room set-up requests is
May 2, 2019. 


Please note: meeting room windows must be closed in order for the air conditioning to work.

Meeting Room Catering

All catering must be ordered by June 19, 2019 from Accente Services. Accente Services is the sole provider for all catering needs at Messe Frankfurt. It is not allowed to use any other provider!

Meeting Room Hours

Meeting room hours are

Monday, June 17 8:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday, June 18 8:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday, June 19 8:00am - 6:00pm





Meeting Room Key Pick Up
  • All meeting room keys can only be picked up at the host/hostess counter on level 3.Via starting at 8am on Monday, June 17. 
  • When finished, meeting room keys must be returned to the hostess counter on level 3.Via.
  • A fine of 100€ will be charged if a meeting room key is lost.
Meeting Room Badge Pick Up

Any and all people entering meeting rooms who do not have a badge of any type MUST sign out for a “meeting room temporary badge”. THIS IS FREE OF CHARGE.

  • For the locations where these meeting room badges can be picked up (marked with blue arrows), please refer to this map. A host/hostess will be at these locations signing out meeting room badges.
  • Guests must provide their name and the name of their company.
  • Guests should arrive EARLY in order to have ample time to get through security.
  • Please note that meeting room badges do not allow access to the exhibition hall or conference sessions.
