Registration and Check-In Information

All ISC 2019 participants, including booth staff and speakers, have to be registered.

Badges will NOT be mailed: ISC participants have to pick up their badge on-site. Please refer to the "On-Site Check-In & Self Registration" section below for the check-in and self registration counter location and opening hours. 

Badges are NOT transferrable: ISC participants have to personally pick up their badge. Please be prepared to show photo-ID.

Registration for ISC 2019 will open in March 2019.

Rates

There are three kinds of registration rates for ISC 2019: Early / Regular / Onsite. 

Early Registration Fees until May 8
Regular Registration Fees May 9 - June 15
On-site Registration Fees June 16 - June 20

How to register

To register your guests and/or staff, please login to the Exhibitor Portal and open the task "Your registration options" in the bottom of your task list.  

 

In the Exhibitor Portal, you will find the voucher codes for the free passes included in your exhibitor/sponsor package. You can apply the free passes to any staff or guest of your choice.

ON-SITE CHECK-IN & SELF REGISTRATION

The check-in and self registration counters are located in the east foyer of Hall 3.0. 
Opening hours for check-in and self-registration:

June 16, 2019 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
June 17, 2019 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
June 18, 2019 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
June 19, 2019 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

 

The registration counter for the Workshops will be located in the Marriott Hotel.
Opening hours:

June 20, 2019 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your registration order, please submit a written request to the ISC 2019 organizers by one of the following ways:

Exhibitor Badges

If registered as an associate of an exhibiting organization, you are eligible for access to the exhibition hall outside of the official exhibition hours during the following times:

Sunday, June 16 8:00am - midnight
Monday, June 17 8:00am - 3:00pm
Tuesday, June 18 8:00am - 10:00am
Wednesday, June 19 8:00am - 10:00am and 6:00pm - midnight
Thursday, June 20 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

Please note: booth builders and staff with build-up and dismantle badges will be granted access to the exhibition hall starting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 19. If your staff needs to access the exhibition hall before 6:30pm, they need to be registered, e.g. with an exhibition day-pass.

Build-up and dismantle badges

Build-up and dismantle badges are free of charge, no prior registration is required. Badges will be handed out at Gate 1 and Gate 8 of Hall 3 upon arrival. For more information on exhibition hall access for build-up and dismantle, click here.
