Standing Banners

Platinum Sponsors can place their banners ((h) 218 cm x (w) 85 cm) as follows.

  • 1 banner in the main lecture hall ("Panorama" rooms in the Forum)
  • 1 banner at the VIP Reception (Forum)

Collection & Notification

On-site handling
Build-up & Placement - If you personally deliver your banner to the exhibition venue, please make sure that your company's standing banner is received at the Schenker booth #N-100 no later than Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 12:00pm for build-up and placement.

Dismantling & Shipping - Standing banners will be available for pick-up from the Schenker booth #N-100 on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Standing banners placed in the Panorama conference rooms will only be available for pick-up after 6:45pm, all other banners will be available for pick-up after 4:00pm. If you are not able to pick up your standing banners at the indicated times, please arrange return shipment to the address of your choice at your own cost with Schenker. All standing banners that have not been claimed or have been given shipping instructions for by Thursday, June 20, 3:00pm, will be disposed of.
