Whisper suites are mobile meeting rooms located in the exhibition hall where you can meet with your customers during the exhibition.
The standard whisper suite is 9m² (3m x 3m). Additionally, a limited number of 20m² (4m x 5m) whisper suites for up to 10 people is available. Whisper Suites include carpet, lighting, an electrical connection, tables and chairs. For details, please contact Mr. Josiah Tabor at email@example.com.
For the exact location of the whisper suites, please refer to the floor plan (the whisper suites are marked as N-W01, N-W02, N-W03, etc. on the plan).
New! Starting in 2019, the acoustics in the Whisper Suites will be improved through relocation and a ceiling-high, noise-attenuating curtain that will separate the Whisper Suites from the show floor and catering areas.

If you booked a whisper suite, it is available for use at the following times:

|Important! Attendees without exhibitor badges are not allowed to access the exhibition hall outside the official exhibition opening hours. Please plan your meetings with non-exhibiting attendees accordingly. There will be no exceptions to this rule!|
